CD-R KING never answer to my claim that their reader destroyed SD Card data

No reactions at all to the email below I sent them even several times at different email addresses:

Subject: Complaint
To: support@cdrking.com

Dear Sir/Madam,

I still cannot understand your Calapan branch personnel's explanation
of the troubles I suffered from a card reader I purchased there. Thus
I am writing my complaint to the headquarters directly now.

I am running a photoshop and bought the card reader (see attached
photo and scanned receipt). When purchased, I carefully confirmed to a
girl personnel if the card reader is safe to rely on and also durable
enough for our business. Her answer was YES and very positive.

However, the first tragedy happened when one of our customers brought
a SUNDISK SD card and asked prints. We have been using MAC (OSX
10.5.8) computer and by connecting the reader to USB port tried to
copy the photo data to the desktop of MAC. However, while duplicating
suddenly crashed and display said the devise was wrongly plugged out
and the data may have been lost.

The devise (both the reader and the SD card itself) never taken out.
Aftermath is that the data absolutely gone. Not only in this case but
the next time. Another customer came with a SONY SD card and I was
afraid if the same thing might happen so I locked on the SD card then.
However, just the same! While duplicating, suddenly crashed and all the
data gone again!

Having got back to the Calapan branch, I claimed this matters. Another
personnel than the one who sold the reader said they examine what is
the cause of the two tragedies. Meanwhile I had to buy USB memory and
what not by myself for compensation to the customers.

Several days later, the girl personnel this time explained that their
technician tested the reader and it has no problem and why that
happened is because the two SD cards had virus that prompted my MAC
software to reject the devise resulting in losing data.

How and who can believe this? Before using CDR KING's card reader, I
never experienced such a thing with the other card readers. Problem of
them was that they became not working after using certain times (about
2 months or so).

These days it's already the age of SDHC; generally SD card means SDHC.
I suspect this reader like many readers of CDR KING do not have the
ability to transact with SDHC and that's why our troubles triggered.

I never be able to understand that your personnel of Capalan branch is
stopping such an important feedback at their level and never reported
to headquarters. I am from Japan and there such things never never
never happen. Even if happened, no matter the reason it was the seller
must shoulder the expense of the customer who suffered from.

I request your sincere reply and the soonest. Thank you.

Best Regards,
Tetsuya
